(I would never vote for Nader because he's so racist, but that's a separate issue).

There is going to be virtually no difference in what happens over the next two years regardless of whether Bush or Gore ends up winning. You're not going to see Gore sign a bill repealing the Defence of Marriage Act, but you're not going to see Bush appoint a Supreme Court to overturn Roe Vs. Wade either.

As for the difference in reliablity between electronic and paper voting; there are a number of cryptographic protocols that have been developed to handle electronic voting that are theoretically even more secure than paper; most are as hard as factoring large numbers.
