Rob, investigate putting a plastic tank up on a platform. You won't have much pressure but you will have water. Fill it with rainwater or your household water. You will want it to the kitchen sink anyway, so plumb it connected, fill it with pressure, turn off the valve. Put a tiny amount of chlorine in it and protect it from sunlight.
