Well the small potatoes tasted wonderful, were firm with a smooth
consistency, not grainy at all. My ratio to potato was less than James
supposed but I guess anytime you get more than what you plant you win. I'll
harvest more this week and will save some to plant later in the spring. I'm
wondering if they'd stored as well in the ground as they did in a bag with
compost? We get so much rain that I was afraid they'd rot but the compost was
actually wetter than the ground since we've had beautiful clear weather for
the last 7-10 days. Fun to experiment!
