I remeber being taught that the muredering , barbaric George Custer was a
brave 'hero' -- and I attended scholl in ****** (A Southern State). Was
Taught that the tyrant Lincoln was one of our great presidents. ( maybe he
was- but they should have taught the 'tyrant' part, as well. One thing that
Lynd would propably appreciate is that in my small town , Southern schooling,
we were taught to repsect Indians and their 'heros', "Crazy Horse", "Sitting
Bull", "Chief Bob Ford", "Geronimo", and I can't remeber all of the rest.
The Indians had settled most parts of our land before they cordially sold
parts of their land to my ancestors and others. They wanted to move on to
'greener' pastures, elsewhere, and received a good price for their land; Not
like the gyping Yankees did to them with Manhatten Island and some d*mn tacky
Mradi Gras necklaces............................................
