My sister made a salad with Ramen noodles. I don't remember the recipe,
but it was shredded cabbage (maybe shredded carrots, too?) with uncooked
Ramen noodles broken over it and a sauce made with the flavor packet,
soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar (maybe water, too?). You marinate the
cabbage and noodles in the sauce. It was very 'exotic' tasting and easy.
