My dehydrator is an Excalibur and is noisy but not that bad, I turn on some
music and then can't hear the fan running. I borrowed a 4 tray one but now
have the nine tray. It does a great job!
The herbs that I don't or can't grow (very little sun) are purchased from
Frontier. They are a very responsible company and use fair trade, etc I
usually get the 1 pound packages. If you get a large enough order the
shipping is free. Get some friends and do an order together.
