I've got one. It IS noisy. But it dehydrates a huge amount of food in a
short time.
This year we have more food dehydrated in the quart jars than canned. And of
course, that means a lot more food overall since dehydrated food takes up
such little space, a bushel of tomatoes is two quarts dried.
