You facts were pretty accurate except that Herb Moses is Frank's "former'
boyfriend; and in the 90s Frank would have been 'Ranking Minority Member" of
the 'House Committee on Financial Services' rather than "Chairman" of the
"Senate Banking Committee" ...bobford
