I'm just someone who has suffered the regular agony of muscle spasms and
cramps--some hurt bad enough to make a person nauseous. I have to take lasix
; 'have had to adjust my potassium. If you were doing concrete work
yesterday, you probably just had a normal muscle cramp. You might want to
check the green tea, though; I don't know much about herbal
stuff...........bobford
