I have a Great Pyrenees spayed female. I got her just as she got to be
a year old. I bought her along with my goats. She's a great guardian.
She even runs after the hawks that fly over and investigates most
guinea squackathons. She's a busy girl this time of year with all the
kid goats running around, so she usually stations herself on the ridge
overlooking the pasture.

She was an egg stealing chicken killer when I first got her. She
quickly learned that the guineas and chickens are to be protected and
eaten later when I offer as are the eggs. I'm really impressed with my
Pyr.
