I encourage everyone to read it. We are in a desperate plight with
regard to the international market. The Euopreans are competing on
high quality, the Chinese are competing on price, and seemingly,
everyone is winning but us. The Europeans have done a lot of things to
recycle their used-up products that we aren't even thinking about. And
they still manage to maintain a high level of manufactturing *and*
health care.
Frankly, I'm puzzled by James's interpretation of events.
But, then, I'm often puzzled.
