3.3 billion mobile phones
1.7 billion TV sets
1 billion PCs
100 million iPods
50 million Nintendo DS consoles
3.8 million Blackberrys
By 2010 (less than 2 years from now), 4 billion people will have mobile
phones.
China has 500 million mobile phones. The US population is a bit over 300 million.
In a recent poll, more than 70 percent of teenagers said they would give up TV before giving up their computers or the Internet.
The number of text messages sent and received every day exceeds the population of the planet (6 billion).
