O.K., I know we have a chemist here but how about someone who does the physical sciences?
Induction cooktops need pots and pans that are magnetic. Enquiring minds want to know if one could use one of those old cast iron heat distributors that we used to use on gas stoves to cook tortillas and then put an aluminum or stainless steel pan on top of that???
