Then I'll leave them in the boxes for now. I have around 120 clamps in three
sizes 1", 4", and 5" with a few larger and a few much larger. I tried the
overhead rack but when a few of those big clamps nearly missed my head, didn't
miss my toe, and far worse, nearly fell on the work piece, I took them all
down. I tried the bench level bar but they needed to be closed on the bar and
that was too much trouble.
That was my problem. The weight over head of C-Clamps and bar clamps is a real concern and having to close them in the vertical storage was a bother. I have an idea for a clamping station on casters but it will have to wait. I use a lot of spring clamps and quick clamps now.
