Hi there!
I have a friend who is planning on building a structure of such
shape for a home. There are very few industries around here, but one
fellow has a company that makes SIPS Panels.

5
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
Panels made from a thick layer of foam (polystyrene or polyurethane)
sandwiched between two layers of Oriented Strand Board (OSB), plywood or
fiber-cement.
My buddy intends to use these in his building - not too expensive (says
he) durable and very insulating.
It will be interesting to hear how this works - he is awhile from
beginning such a home, but has it thought thru.
