don't know about the pans but you can soak leather in neats foot oil and work it back to just about as good as new. Have had to do this many times as kids and leather seem to routinely result in stuff left laying around and getting lost in the weather for weeks, months or sometimes years at a time.

Also found a couple of leather tool holders that must
have been out in weather and gotten stiff. Any way to
treat them to soften the leather up?
