The Red Cross sent me an email this morning asking if I would want to go on stand by for the flooding. They are preparing for PA, NJ, NY. They have operations going in OH, VA, and NC. Houston expects to wind down this weekend. This could be a worse hurricane season than last year and the west is in flames. The Red Cross is looking for more volunteers as they will be needed this year.

I am gonna list 10 reasons
why rabbits work better than chickens on a homestead..
This rabbit thread has become substantial. I no longer know how to put stuff into my Web site but if someone knows how to do it I will edit an article for The Complete Guide to Country Living, which currently has nothing on rabbits except a heading.
