Hi Cathy! I didn't hear about Liberty, but the Susquehanna is WAY over
flood stage, and they've evacuated many of the river towns in Bradford
Co....so far the floodwalls are holding, and it crested below the walls,
so it's just a precaution. Lots of bridges and roads out, but not in my
area...we are at 1800', close to the top of the watershed runoff, so it
would have to be a pretty good flood to get to us. My pole beans seem to
be drowning, though (I've already replanted once).
