The World Health Organization cites several large-scale studies that
show an inverse correlation between water hardness and cardiovascular
disease. One should remember, however, that correlation is not the
same thing as causation.
I think it is the particular mineral that makes it good or bad. Is it selenium that has made certain areas famous for lower incidence of heart disease?
