Well, I'm not Barbara but I worked with a legend and he said that it depends
on the district. You pick your fights depending on which court of last
resort you end up in and how far you figure you adversary is willing to go.
In local courts it depends on how efficient the good ol' boy network is and
whether or not you can out down home them.
