A great little truck for me has been a 91 GMC Sonoma/ Chevy S-10 mine is 4x4. I bought it cheap with 131 k on the odo and it has performed admirably. The big point for me is there are a ton of these out there. Parts are incredibly easy to find and are really cheap. Make sure you gt the 4.3 liter V-6. I have used Toyo's before and they are bullet-proof mainly, but the older ones are underpowered and parts are harder to find.
Tim
Thanks, that's a good suggestion. V6 would be a must in the smaller truck. Wonder if I really would need the larger truck?
Rob
