Interesting....I got the electric deer fence product before I bit the
bullet and built a real deer fence. All it did was allow me to view
interesting patterns of startled deer hoof prints. It trained my
deer all right; trained them to avoid the little posts with the
electric charge...they ate everything all around those after the
initial shock. I have engaged the maker of this product in several
email conversations; very nice guy who took a bit of umbrage at my
saying the above in an article I wrote about battling bambi...but,
that's what happened to me with my herd. They supposedly work for
some people; if they work with your moose that's great. I cannot
imagine the damage a moose could do - they are so much larger than
white-tail deer who manage to stomp what they don't chomp!
