A light oil will impact the food supply the ladybugs are after. Depending on how much of the spray hits them, even a light oil can cut off their oxygen supply. Also, there is some possibility that ladybugs going from infected plants will spread the fungi that are of concern.

Messenger, the new harpin based product, does a great job at helping roses protect themselves. Aerated compost teas have been proven effective against rose fungi as well.
