It still fails. However, I have realised a couple of points
1) The documentation says that sqlServer doesn't allow remote connections by
default - this may be stopping me from connecting
2) I have installed a test version of dbArtisan (I know this should connect
ok) - Fails to connect. However this may be because Microsoft have put a '\'
in the server name, and the dbartisian GUI won't allow me to enter a '\'.
