May I suggest:
'Scheduled to appear in the following order' - where the headliner is last.
or 'Scheduled to appear in reverse order' - where the headliner is listed
first.
No need to confuse with set times.
This way, if an act bails you have CYA.
I've often wondered about these details for posted schedules too:
1- Always list the date - not -"this saturday," etc.
2- Always list a complete address -
3- Links to band sites, ticket vendors
4- If possible, a contact phone or email address, e.g. 'For more questions .
. ."
