well, the UpStage project is a nz-funded project which has been using a CC license since 2003 so obviously it's not an nz one; & we're an international group but so far all of our funding has been from nz sources so we are primarily an nz project.

i thought our license was originally australian but following the link from our web site takes you to the main .org site.

i don't know whether it matters that we are not a CC-NZ license, but you are welcome to use UpStage as an example in your presentation if it's appropriate. it has been developed by nz developers, currently by students at AUT, with funding from smash palace & digital strategy funds, & is hosted by CityLInk.

h : )

After an overwhelming silence on list and off list I thought I may
rephrase my question

Who in New Zealand is using a CC-NZ license?

What is your URL?

Should the CC-NZ website attempt to list them (while there is only a
handful) I am interested to see best practice - how it is done on the
page and in the HTML, (and even in the object - if it is say a PDF)

And to show people in a presentation (tomorrow) examples close to home.

Should the CC-NZ website have a CC-NZ license - instead of the "(c) 2007
Humanities Research Network"
