No idea.

There is a bit of a pratical issue here: (1) If the works are identical, how can you prove that A got the copy from B? (2) If they are not identical, (e.g. have a one-bit tag at the end where a 0 denotes 'A' and a 1 denotes 'B') are they the same work?
