A bounty or reward is set as low as possible,
but just high enough to get the job done.
If people are willing to contribute to a
project (for whatever reason) without requiring
attribution, then that's the lowest bounty.

If someone is willing to bring in Bad Bart
for $10,000, then why offer $50,000?

If a wiki can suceed without having to
give attribution to all its contributers,
then it is in the wiki's best interest
to do so.
