This is just moving the trust authority to the registrar rating site. Or
to a trust oligopoly of registrar rating sites. So I'd say it doesn't
actually change the problem at all. You now have to choose you to
trust, you just have a new layer of middlemen.

I'm not saying this isn't better than ICANN. I think it is.
