It appears those files are apmd, crond,
hdparm and makewhatis. They should be
in the temporary ./usr/sbin directory.
You want the ./sbin directory, not the
./usr/sbin directory.

rpm2targz should be in the ./usr/bin
directory. It appears you moving around
inside the ./usr directory. You need to
go up one level -- there you should find
the ./sbin directory (where mkdosfs is).
