Seeking mkdosfs for DOS floppy-formatting from within BL3.

Did not find mkdosfs or other mkfs's within the downloaded and
unpacked bin.tgz , at least not using any of the four Slackware 4.0
mirrors visited which all had the complete /slackware/a3 diskset.
I DID find ‘apmd’, ‘crond’, ‘hdparm’, and ‘makewhatis’ in the
temporary ./sbin directory though.

Also found an interesting and possibly relevant program called
'rpm2targz' in the new temporary ./bin directory created from the
bin.tgz unpacking.
If this rpm2targz is usable, then maybe ‘mkdosfs’ or ‘dosfsutils’
could be converted into a Slackware 4.0-capable one from an an
equivalent rpm??
Any of you familiar with BL3 and Slackware 4.0 know where else and how
to obtain a working 'mkdosfs'??
