Why do /usr/sbin/ppp-on and /usr/sbin/ppp-off not work for user?
They are both world-executable.
eznet works directly for user now but I will need to hang up as root.
/sbin and /usr/sbin are not on the path for user. Why?
user shell is /sh not /bash but they are symlinked.
