Thanks for the reply. I checked the splash screen but it didn't
mention anything about cdrom. I followed your instructions and was
able to read a LFS disk I have here. Had some problem mounting it
because the drive was called hdb instead of cd0 or such. Must I do
the insmods and mount drill everytime I restart the computer? I
rebooted once and lost the cdrom. Thank you again for the help.
This group and what you are doing is great. Someday I might able to
contribute.
