Yes, after unzipping bl3-32fd.zip you get 2 images and you can
put them on 2 floppies.

Problem is the amount of memory. Also previous versions of BL (BL1, BL2)
required 8MB ram to boot "floppy disk version". During booting from
floppies, ramdisk is created and just ramdisk eats some RAM, so 4MB RAM
is not enough to boot "floppy disk version".
