Conventional wisdom, which is followed by approximately 99% of folk, places Akhnaton in the 14th century BC.

From archaeological data, Akhnaton lived a thousand years after
Joseph, during which time Egyptian language had been under many
outside influences of the sort that cause linguistic changes. Among
which was the Hyksos invasion after the Exodus. So the Egyptian
language may have had very different pronunciations during Joseph's
sojourn in Egypt.
