3) if Onkelos, I want to point to the fact that the word מינה can be undestood
in several ways according to which word you connect it to.
E.g. if one connects it to the following "למידע" it would mean something
like "upon him is to know ...".
If one would follow the tradition of the targum accentuation (as shown
e.g. in the second rabbinic bible[*]) then the the words בעלמא מינה are
connected with maqqef, i.e. they are in a closer connection thatn יחידי and
עלמא!
