I found a legible drawing of the inscription at

Do a google image search on Siloam Inscription. Clear transcription of Siloam and all other early Judean inscriptions. This one's clear and you can enlarge and print it out for study..

http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://fontes.lstc.edu/~rklein/images/steward.jpg&imgrefurl=http://fontes.lstc.edu/~rklein/Documents/judah.htm&h=315&w=513&sz=87&tbnid=cKOrlcF7SWVQKM:&tbnh=78&tbnw=128&hl=en&ei=XFHoQ-zwFLPqQfm3oOED&sig2=HEhWZhfHXWFo8qmndcQByQ&start=18&prev=/images%3Fq%3DSiloam%2BInscription%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%26lr%3Dlang_en%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official_s%26sa%3DG

This one is not the Siloam Tunnel inscription, but the Royal Steward inscription. For Siloam, see instead http://fontes.lstc.edu/~rklein/images/sil1.jpg for a picture and http://fontes.lstc.edu/~rklein/images/sil2.jpg for a line drawing; the latter seems identical to the line drawing in the introduction to GKC (Gesenius' Hebrew grammar). See also http://www.kchanson.com/ANCDOCS/westsem/siloam.html for another picture.
