Do you take cb( as the underlying verb?

The LXX (OG) seems to reflect a completely different text in 14b. Wonder
what to make of it. The LXX of 14a and 15 have isolated problems, but 14b is
totally different. Perhaps the text of 14b has been lost? Reading the
targums is too big a chore for me. Do they shed any light on this? What
about the Job targum in the DSS?

Another problem I have with cohesion in 38:12-15 is the reference to the
wicked 38:31,15. What does this have to do with the topic under discussion?
Seems to lack relevance.
