No, sorry, I erred.
WEKATABs are also past often. Here it is hard to tell, I admit,
whether a vov hophek is intended.
Of course, you will likely come up with examples which prove me wrong.
But this is definitely my default position with any verb.
I don't believe in a prophetic perfect. Nope.
