After considering all your comments, and in view of the fact that EVERY
conjectured or proposed translation will require some kind of explanatory
footnote, I am going to render it as the common "king of the universe" (I
used to have "king of the ages"), and explain the lexical meanings of (WLFM
in a footnote, noting that there is no good English equivalent for either
(WLFM or MELEK (WLFM.
