More examples:
In Exodus 6:28, the pointing of BeYOM shows it to be construct.
Other constructs with finite verbs following are Gen.1:1; Lev. 25:48;
Num. 3:1; Deu. 4:15; 2 Sam 22:1; Psa. 18:1; 56:10; 102:3;
116:2; Hosea 1:2, and Zech. 8:9.
