You might want to say so on the XOM site, then.

Sometimes buying components can be disguised as consulting, especially
if the company programmers aren't 100% ready to hit the ground running
with the component, as is typically the case. Sell 'em a day of your
time and throw in the non-libre license gratis.

(I started to write "throw in the non-free license free", but stopped
just in time.)
