In any case, the license of Jaxen does not contain any points incompatible
with either the GPL or the LGPL, because the request to note the use of
Jaxen code in the documentation is just that, a request, not mandatory.

So go ahead and bundle Jaxen, whatever decisions you make about the
license of XOM.
