If you can figure out how to grovel through the email and find out what
spell it relates to, then you can use addbug (from bugcli) to submit a bug
to bugzilla. You can also of course poke around the grimoire directories
and figure out what section the spell relates to and since the sections
in bugzilla match those in the grimoire, you can fire the bug off to
(hopefully) the right person.

If you want a (bad) example the pm-report-all script in prometheus uses
addbug.
