That brings up another question. Are the spells that get depricated
going to be kept somewhere that is someone really needs can get it as an
individual spell so as not to have to recreate it?

Since the games and z-rejected have already been split off into thier own grimoires,
I suppose creating a deprecated grimoire should be no problem, right?
