I like the rsync idea better anyways. But my point is still valid. :)
Why should people download huge patches for something they aren't going to
install? I'd say only have the patches downloaded if and only if the
spell is cast, otherwise they're just a waste. And it wouldn't take much
time for the maintainers to do this, add some SOURCEs to some spells. I'm
here to help, too, so that can also lessen the load as well. Any
reduction is a good reduction, and this doesn't have to be "immediately",
but can be over time, as developers have time.
