Well, yes - but no.

On the last openssl update, my openssh broke. I recast openssl, openssh did
two sorcery system-updates and a cast --fix. I then did a cast -r - c gcc,
which on its own did nothing but on its completion a cast -c openssl openssh
fixed it.

So, in conclusion, if your ssh broke on the last update:

cast -r -c gcc
cast -c openssl openssh

In that order! :)
