As I wrote already, openssh is OK:

I only had to "cast -r -c gcc". This recast solves not only this one problem,
I really recommend it if you have not recast it already.
Openssh is triggered, other spells depended on openssl are automatically
rebuilt after "sorcery system-update" or "cast --fix".
