If you're not using it, stop pushing for it to be updated. If you want
to go check upstream and see if they've fixed it more recently, and then
do the work to do a *tested* update, then feel free. Pushing other
people to do the work to update just because it's older is nonsense. I
really use it. Thomas really uses it. There's a reason we are *not*
pushing to have it updated haphazardly. What we have works with a simple
fix, and something that works is infinitely better than not knowing if
it will work. Again, if you do the work to verify that everything works,
and I mean *really* verify it all, then by all means update it, but
please stop making noise for others to do this work.
