That has (almost) nothing to do with what I said. The developer bio is
separate from the developer listing, which is what I moved to the
Drupal page and should only be modifiable by Team Leads (IMO). The
developer listing can and should link to developer bios, if the
developers want them, and those should be stored on the wiki (or
default to their Drupal user info page).
